Shipping Information

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been received. No shipping on weekends or public holidays

Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping provider and are usually:

Germany: 5.90 € (DHL Paket)
Europe: 7.90 € (Small Parcel Tracked) or 16.90 € (DHL)

Worldwide: 13.90 € (Small Parcel Tracked) or 25.90 € (DHL)

Orders are shipped via Deutsche Post / DHL and PostNL—always including a tracking number.

USA: Shipping is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All prices are shown net (without German VAT). Please note that additional taxes, duties, or customs fees may be charged by US customs upon import.

All other countries: Buyers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes in the destination country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

 

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address details.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

Packages returned as undeliverable or unclaimed will be refunded minus the original shipping costs.

Important Delivery Notes

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs clearance, strikes, or other factors beyond my control once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me immediately via email and include your order ID.

Please keep the original packaging, the shipping label, and photo evidence, if applicable to allow a claim with the shipping carrier.
